NEWS - Van Meter, her name is Jennifer
Led by powerhouse songwriter and Maryland native Jennifer Van Meter, this roots-rock outfit brings a sound where Tom Petty meets The Pretenders, with songs that roam freely across genres and influences. Jen’s been crafting heartfelt songs for over 20 years, sharing stages with the likes of The Lone Bellow and Kasey Chambers, and even landing a feature in American Songwriter. Van Meter, now an All Y'all Records artist, has the revered Doug Pettibone featured on their latest release "Now What?". The energy of their live shows needs to be spread further than their current regional coverage and Jen is looking reach new listeners and would love to find the proper booking agent to get placed on them on appropriate bills and festivals. She will be supporting Evan Bartels in Dunn, NC on June 13th and has supported other artists such as Devon Allman, The Lone Bellow, Kasey Chambers, LoCash, Robyn Hitchcock and Cowboy Mouth. Her song "Roadside Flower" was featured in American Songwriter and is looking to hopefully find deeper traction with this new release.
