With a last name like "Bergman" you would think that this singer has to carry a lot of expectations around. The same phenomenon comes up as soon as the name "Hank Williams" is used, specifically when it's for another tribute record.  Because let's face it – do we really need it? And furthermore, one from Sweden?
This time – yes, without any doubt. 

Three years after his passing in 2022, Thorstein Bergman – one of Sweden's most prolific troubadours across almost six decades – comes back to gracefully haunt us with a long-forgotten recording of four Hank Williams originals that are, undoubtedly, something really special. The new, posthumously released, EP Thorstein Bergman Sings Hank Williams contains four magnificent solo recordings of the classic songs I'll Never Get Out Of This World Alive, Lonesome Whistle, Honky Tonk Blues and Long Gone Lonesome Blues.
