NEWS - The Swedish trio ro.t reaches listeners all over the world with songs based on poems in Swedish!

With their first two albums, the Swedish folk trio ro.t has already established themselves on the international scene with their uniquely mesmerizing music, created on the border between folk music and classical. When ro.t released their third album last week, it was clear that no less than three out of four of the trio's listeners today are from outside their home country of Sweden. The most international listeners are in the USA, but ro.t also have many listeners both around Europe and in several countries around the world, from New Zealand and Peru to South Africa, Qatar, and Singapore. This even though ro.t sings in Swedish!
Or... is it perhaps because of the strange Swedish language?
