Swamp Music Players released two of our songs 'Crowd Pleaser' and 'Warrior' that are now part of the exciting new French/English action/comedy film 'COMMANDO NINJA 2: Invasion America' , a film will be internationally distributed and will have soundtrack releases! One of the standout tracks from the EP 'Hear It On CN2' is 'Crowd Pleaser' (featuring Joseph Gearheart and Sugar Parks), captures the essence of 2025 with a blend of celebration and critique of the USA, making it a perfect fit for the action/comedy film 'COMMANDO NINJA 2: Invasion America'. The song's inclusion in the film as a musical shorthand underscores its relevance and impact. The Swamp Music Players' commitment to creating a sound that merges Cosmic American music with a radio-friendly appeal sets them apart, offering listeners a unique blend of retro and contemporary influences. Their collaboration with filmmaker Benjamin Combes underscores the band's dedication to creating music that resonates with audiences globally. Much of the Americana authenticity of our song 'Crowd Pleaser' benefited with our collaboration with singer-songwriter Joseph Gearheart. Joseph is a native son of the State of Virginia and is a singer/songwriter specializing in American and Southern Rock. Gearheart is an effortless writer that was able to shape verses and lend a deep American esthetic to the song 'Crowd Pleaser'. Hollywood vocalist Sugar Parks contributed greatly to the backing vocals giving the song a modern and west coast and Valley-Girl lilt that reminded us of the tendency to hit Americana bands to evolve an Angeleno vibe.
