Formed in 2020 by author Jason Korolenko in New England, A Sow of Violence blends blackened doom and death metal into a haunting sonic force. Originally from New England, Korolenko shaped the project to explore the tension between chaos and beauty. Their 2025 EP "A Vow of Silence" warned against self-censorship with eerie melodies and crushing riffs. The band is now finalizing their debut full-length album "Abyssal", set for release later this year.
