Siege Perilous is a Colorado‑based power metal band specializing in epic, cinematic storytelling through music. Formed by Shaughnessy McDaniel (vocals), Scott Hancock (guitar), and Mark Girard (drums)—later joined by Eric Fischer (bass) and Ryan Flanagan (guitar/arrangements), the band draws from fantasy, history, and myth to craft immersive metal narratives. Their debut album, Becoming the Dragon, arrives March 27, 2026.
