Minneapolis band she’s green describe themselves as “moss music”. It’s music for wandering into the forest and getting lost there; for discovering magic forgotten deep in nature; for slowly shedding who you were before. Inspired as much by J.R.R. Tolkien and Hayao Miyazaki as by Slowdive and the Cocteau Twins, the band — consisting of Armstrong, Zofia Smith, Raines Lucas, Kevin Seebec,k and Teddy Nordvold — aim to create their own musical and visual world defined by dreamy fantasy, emotional openness,s and sonic depth.
