Sarah is a singer songwriter who grew up in Canada and North Carolina. She is an Indie Country Artist that started her journey on American Idol where she made it to the top 20 then moved to NYC where she met her husband, Grammy Nominated producer Ernie Lake. She is active in the songwriting community in Nashville and performs at some of Music City’s most coveted venues. Sarahs videos have been viewed over one million times Youtube and have aired on CMT and Tidal.
Her songs have been featured on Nashville Radio station Lightning 100, CBC Country Sirius XM. Also on Tidal, Apple and Spotify Curated Playlists. As a songwriter Sarah has had cuts with artists including The Voice finalist Moriah Formica, Ms. America Betty Cantrell, and Country supers group Runaway June. She had also had holds with Jennifer Nettles and Reba McEntire. Sarah is also a Yoga teacher and is expanding her music into the wellness world.
