"We wrote this about an experience, working for a boss, who ruled by intimidation and fear. He didn't have time for other people's ideas or creativity. He was hellbent on his way. Everyone in Royal Castles has spent lots of time in the theatre as teenagers. That's why we felt that wrapping those frustrations around a stage allegory could really work, lyrically."
