Swedish alt-country duo POOLS, consisting of multi-instrumentalist Fredrik Forell and vocalist Arvid Hällagård, unveil their latest single “Wag” — a deeply personal and emotionally charged song about finding strength after loss.

Written in the aftermath of a divorce, “Wag” captures the journey from quiet introspection to renewed confidence.
