Phil Andrew, born and raised north of Saskatoon, Saskatchewan on a farm near a small town called Hague.
At the age of 20, Phil Andrew moved to the lower mainland of Vancouver, B.C., where he resided for a number of years. Vancouver is where he found his interest in music. It is also where he got married.
Phil Andrew moved to Grande Prairie, Alberta with his wife and two sons where he is currently residing.
