"Counting Down To Christmas", is the debut single from Slow Owls

The band consists of Shropshire musicians Alfie Edwards and Jim Williams. Alfie
Edwards is otherwise known for his work as frontman with Oswestry's award winning The
Bartells who have been enjoying a recent huge popularity surge off the back of their latest
album and most recent EP. Welsh producer and multi instrumentalist Jim Williams is
known as the songwriter and frontman behind fellow Oswestry band Additional Moog,
whose first two albums garnered considerable critical acclaim and early fans such as
Wilco's John Stirratt.
Slow Owls came to fruition after Jim produced one of the tracks on The Bartells album.
