"This is a song I wrote called the Host A song I wrote based on a rather unique waiter I met when going on holiday in Bulgaria. This Waiter was so so unique that I knew straight away It was very rare that I was going to find / see another one like him no matter where I went. He was such a soft and happy old boy, who tried to do whatever he could to entertain his customers to try and make them as happy as himself even if that wasn’t possible. (this guy would do pranks on them, singing songs, encourage people to dance, go dancing with them himself, play along with the children whilst he was working , even tell the customers jokes) He was just such a happy old boy who never took life seriously. He just loved life, and enjoyed his job , he was just so charming and so funny, which was why his own colleagues loved having him. A 1 / 1 million type of host which you’re rarely going to find in many places/ countries. This is what gave me the idea on writing this song called the Host."
