NEWS - Northern Soul superchargers The 7:45s set their new album 'Spinning'
Manchester soul collective The 7:45s release their debut album ‘Spinning’, a story of first love, heartbreak and moving on, set to a soundtrack of retro soul and disco.
Songwriter and bassist Sam Flynn formed The 7:45s, inspired by the house bands of soul labels such as
Motown and Big Crown. Recorded with vintage equipment at EVE Studios, each track on ‘Spinning’ features a bespoke line-up of the finest musicians in Manchester. Flynn’s perfectionist arrangements feature dozens of musicians, harmonies and horns, spotlighted on his soulful re-imagination of The Beatles B-side ‘Don’t Let Me Down’.
