Statement from the artist: 

The concept for the "Cautiously" music video came about after experiencing a series of depressive freezes after a partner had moved out of the house. I realized while I stood motionless in my living room for what seemed like 20 minutes, that I had been suspended in several little vignettes around the house that day- locked in a stare, mind blank- while trying to put the pieces of my life back together. Some of these scenes are mid-action, attention taken away from whatever activity, caught in that state of being firmly planted while somehow slipping out of body.
