In times of by crises, it simply feels good to hear a positive message. This is exactly what singer-songwriter and Swiss German pop artist MeloDiva from Appenzell Ausserrhoden conveys with her new single “Soo Guet.”

The song is based on a personal story that is anything but lighthearted: in August 2024, MeloDiva had a near-death experience. Since then, she has been certain that her time on this earth is a gift—time she wants to use consciously. With “Soo Guet,” she encourages people to believe in themselves and to find the courage to live their visions and dreams.

MeloDiva sees her music as a source of strength: she wants to empower, inspire, and accompany listeners. For her, one thing is clear—she is living her dream here and now and will make music until her very last heartbeat.

With this single, MeloDiva is stepping into the public spotlight for the first time. At the same time, she is looking ahead: a four-member band, including three young musicians, is already backing her. More singles are in the works.
