A hybrid slab of funk, R&B and rock - Late Libation is a toast to the surviving and an offering to the fallen. Staccato bass and cracking rimshots power the verse rhythm giving vocalist Kat Harrison space to weave her bewitching wiles. Snarling guitars and thunderous drums power the triumphant choruses. As Harrison soars with the refrain 'Tell the DJ at the station, This is the Bambussy sound' The song bears all the trademark Bambussy signatures. Neck snapping grooves with uneasy ethereal earworm melodies, all whirling furiously round on the fairground ride of an increasingly uncertain world.
