Born in Estevan, Saskatchewan, Hall initially came to prominence as the frontman of the UK Band ist, releasing three critically-acclaimed albums (Freudian Corduroy, King Martha and Toothpick Bridge), as well as a number of standalone singles and EPs between 2000-2010.
