The record was self-produced, with mixing contributions from Juno winner Adam King.  

"Letter" is the lead off track from the album, and one of a few new tracks featuring a live four-piece band – recorded live off the floor at Toronto's Canterbury Music Co. From here, the album develops sonically – think vintage Korg drum machines and delay pedals.
