The Beatles’ Something from the album Abbey Road is written by George Harrison and is one of the band’s most beloved songs. Flora Smith, who has already received international attention, interprets the song with a warmly personal version that lets inspiration from all three of her greatest musical role models The Beatles, Amy Winehouse, and Chet Baker shine through. “Inspired by an eclectic mix of pop, jazz, and soul, Flora Smith creates music with a warm, but melancholic tone that captures emotions and moods,” as the European blog Concert Monkey noted in its review of the debut single.
