I's featuring BAFTA Award winning, The Artful Escape (Annapurna Interactive) video game guitarist Eastward and Argentinian jazz drummer Sergio Beresovsky. We are hoping this music will align with instrumental jazz funk artists similar to Vulfpeck, Mark Lettieri and The Fearless Flyers. "Fuzzy Friends" blends layered angular guitar lines, arp synths, funky bass and hip-hop drums to create a fun collab between old friends who met 20 years ago at The Wangaratta Jazz Festival. Recorded in both Melbourne and Zurich, ‘Fuzzy Friends’ delivers punch, excitement and unique interplay that is sure to prick the ears of fans of Ratatat, John Schofield and Mark Lettieri.
Le producteur et multi-instrumentiste basé à Melbourne, Eastward (Eden Altman), mieux connu pour être le guitariste du jeu vidéo Annapurna Interactive, lauréat d'un BAFTA Award, "The Artful Escape", crée des morceaux expérimentaux super luxuriants, relaxants. Influencé par un bref passage au studio Plus XXX à Paris, aujourd'hui disparu, au début des années 2000 et par un amour profond pour les premiers enregistrements de Ninja Tune et les pionniers du chill comme Air et Boards Of Canada.
