"Burning Song" is a driving, energetic rock song that focuses on themes of childhood innocence and a search for hope. It describes my quest for self-discovery after I moved to the United States from Colombia; a longing for a state of being where I could feel pure and true.

Born in Colombia and raised in Texas, Camilo EG explores themes of adventure, love, loss, and the human spirit as he blends elements of Heartland Rock, Folk, and Pop into a contemporary sound. He does this by exploring the “power of song” through evolving narratives that bring about burgeoning sonic landscapes.
