Black Pines are a Chelmsford based band that only formed in early 2019. In that short time the group have created a soulful soaring sound reminiscent of Hozier / Black Keys / Early Kings Of Leon with a dash of Jeff Buckley for good measure. Their first 3 singles have been recorded and released (see links below). Two cousins Jake Ringsell (guitar) and Tom Clark (vocal) began this project with Jamie Abela (drums) and Connor Sheehan (keys) joining later in the year to complete the sound. They have played several sold out shows in the venue and even filmed the Chains video in the venue.
