NEWS - Backsprint is a country rock band from Belgrade, Serbia

Frontman Uroš Jojić grew up on his father’s American country records — Merle Haggard, Johnny Cash — in a Serbian apartment, then moved to Saginaw, Michigan where he graduated high school and heard the music in the place it came from. Back in Belgrade, he built Backsprint with Ognjen Ninković (guitar), Nemanja Cvijović (bass), Stanislav Stojkanović (drums), and Kaća Vidović (backing vocals). Produced by Oliver Jovanović. Recorded live — no autotune, no click tracks, no overdubs. Five musicians in a room. New singles releasing every three weeks.
