NEWS - After making waves with their self-titled debut album, SPRINGCLEAN continues to carve out a distinctive place in modern rock
The band now returns with a new EP, led by its first single, Blind Trust. Blind Trust explores the tension between vulnerability and courage, the decision to believe in someone, in others, or in something bigger than yourself, even when doubt lingers. It speaks to relationships, to community, and to the unspoken bond between artist and audience. No safety net. No guarantees. Just faith. Musically, the track delivers that same push and pull: driving guitars, controlled intensity, and a build that feels like stepping toward the edge before finally letting go. Their upcoming release promises to continue this artistic trajectory, blending thoughtful lyrics with compelling rock energy that resonates on both radio and streaming platforms. With Blind Trust already gaining traction on Belgian National radio (Classic 21), the new single is primed to expand SPRINGCLEAN’s reach across rock audiences and beyond.
Après de nombreuses années à animer la nuit bruxelloise (Décribrel, The Belgians , JJ’s), Geoffrey Lesire revient aux sources avec Springclean. Et il nous rappelle qu’en plus d’être un virtuose de la guitare, il est aussi et surtout un compositeur de grand talent et un chanteur qui se promène sans complexe sur le fil de l’émotion. Pour l’accompagner, il s’est entouré de Gilles Arbeau à la batterie et de Benny Lust à la basse. Le trio propose un cocktail pop/rock puissant et délicieusement mélodique, mêlant des influences indie, garage avec une touche French touch qui nous emporte dans un tourbillon festif et lancinant à la fois. Le tout est joliment emballé dans un songwriting engagé.
