NEWS - “Rollercoaster” is the focus track from my Aneta George's new album "Eclipses"

Paris-based Macedonian vocalist, composer & educator blending jazz, improvisation and Balkan tradition. With my quintet Melem, I create music rooted in healing, rhythm & storytelling.

The album was recorded with my ensemble Melem during two real celestial events — a solar and a lunar eclipse. This context shaped the whole aesthetic: contrasts between shadow and clarity, structure and freedom, intimacy and intensity. “Rollercoaster” reflects the emotional core of the album: a piece that shifts between controlled energy and open improvisation, echoing the idea of navigating instability and rediscovering equilibrium.
