Part of Station to Station: A 30 Day Happening

Station to Station could've done with just a bit more art to explore, but LoneLady was splendid as ever and completely at home in the concrete surrounds of the beautiful Barbican.
' Fear colours', the song specially recorded and rush released at the exhibition, was funktastic, she dropped the six string for a bass and added a little bit of Nile Rodgers to her sound.
'Groove it out' got the crowd doing exactly that and she closed with the outstanding 'Hinterland'.
On the face of it not the most fitting title for a set closing song at the Barbican but even in the heart of the city, the Barbicans huge and wonderful towers appear blissfully remote; it worked.
