NEWS - Valentina's Enchanting Odyssey of Self-Exploration Unveiled in the Raw and Captivating EP 'All Are Lost'
he EP was predominantly written in transit, taking a small studio set-up with her wherever she went and recording vocals in reverby bathrooms in Mexico to fancy studios in LA. There are a lot of field recordings on the EP too - from the birds and jungle sounds in Costa Rica and Mexico to a friend's piano in Ojai. The lyrics throughout the EP centre around breaking old patterns and trusting her intuition sending a message of growth through adversity, during a particularly transformative period of her life.
Self-produced and written entirely by Valentina, she joined forces with producer and close friend Kwes for the final mixing process of 'All Are Lost', where he added his own distinctive colour to the sound.
