This record is a true transatlantic collaboration - a bit of Hank Williams, a bit of Serge Gainsbourg, a lil' eggs-n'-bacon, un peu de croissant et cafe. As a producer, Nico brought something truly unique to these songs and the end product is very much a credit to him. Meeting and playing with Nico and the Soldiers has been one of the great joys of my life. And it never would have come to be without our man-with-the-plan Grégoire Maus.
