Self-compassion and resilience really drove this EP. Each of these songs was written from a significant realization that brought me a little bit closer to finding and honoring a deeper connection (or rhythm) with myself before anyone or anything else.

Knowing there's an intangible, 'guiding' "Rhythm" that I can connect to within myself that has impulses and intuition, as well as maybe a sense for things otherwise unexplainable, has become an anchor and a guide I can fully trust.
