Johanna Brun's gently ambient, but at the same time emotionally charged music, is inspired by her personal life experiences as well as her love for Nordic nature.
“The Silence Roar is one of my personal favorites from the upcoming album and a tribute to nature. To enhance the atmosphere, I have used nature as an instrument in the production, together with strings and choirs, explains the Swedish artist.

The string quartet playing on the single is arranged and recorded under the direction of co-producer Joakim Paasonen, who plays guitar in Johanna Brun's band and last year was named Young Swedish Composer 2024.
