In celebration of Pitou’s debut record Big Tear turning one year old, she releases a rework of her delicate song Helium. Remixed by EVERYTHING IS VOCALS (PJ deCraene), using only her vocals, the song becomes a complete new work. The modern sounds of the rework contrast the original acoustic sound of the song - and the new order of the lyrics and the melancholic but determined vocal loops serve as an answer to the questions the original song initially poses. In this way the rework of the song becomes a new song in itself; and an ending to the story the original song begins.
