Modern Mimes'  creation can be best described as "future goth." A term they coined to explain their fusion of soaring guitars, powerfully haunting vocals, industrial electronics, subconscious evocative lyrics, hard hitting percussion, and catchy pop sensibilities.

2023 was promising for Modern Mimes, with new music in production, tour dates, and label interest. Their first single of the year "Heavy Heart," was recorded at OCD recording in Louisiana. Heavy Heart was released May 12th and was followed up with a music video directed by Joey Durango and conceptualized by Modern Mimes's singer, Adi. The band anticipates 2024 to be a standout year with powerful new music, tours, and partnerships.
