'Substitute' was written 3 years ago about that part of love that the love songs don't always talk about when you realize you're in too deep to get out no matter how much you need to and you feel addicted to that person.
Recorded over the span of 2 days at Mad Fox Manchester by Tayte Nickols, the track itself is full of energy with a bouncing piano melody and powerful vocals, it's the perfect song to belt out in your car after a breakup.
