Rasmus Raz Lindvall is one of Sweden's most famous and recognized DJs, producers and songwriters. Gladys Del Pilar has been an established artist in the Swedish music industry for over 30 years. During that time, she has worked with producers such as Denniz Pop, Stonebridge, Frankie Knuckles a.o. As a member of the band Afro-Dite she represented Sweden in the Eurovision Song Contest in 2002 with the song Never Let It Go. Rasmus Raz Lindvall and Gladys Del Pilar are now proud to present their new single Firehouse.
”I wanted to write a song and make a production as a tribute to all good music from the 70’s until now, containing elements during these decades, under which all, I´ve been a dj”, says Rasmus Raz Lindvall. “Gladys Del Pilar is the Disco Diva n:o 1 of Sweden. She has one of the most soulful and powerful voices in the world, so I was definitely honored when she wanted to sing on this track.”
After winning the Swedish DJ Mixing Championships in 1989, and finishing top 10 in the finals in DMC World DJ Mixing Championships at The Royal Albert Hall in London, Rasmus Raz Lindvall teamed up with Robert Rob Wåtz and formed the group RobnRaz. While performing both as artists and DJ:s all over the world RobnRaz created various concepts with different vocalists; RobnRaz featuring Leila K, RobnRaz DLC with D-Flex & Lutricia Mcneal, and RobnRaz Circus, and released several internationally successful albums including hits like Got to Get (feat. Leila K), In command, Take a ride a.o. RobnRaz toured in the USA, Europe and Asia and all over the world, and performed at venues such as Apollo Theatre, Wembley Arena, The Fridge, Palladium, and Top of the Pops.
As both songwriter and producer Rasmus Raz Lindvall has been involved in hits for several artists: the twice Eurovision Song Contest winner Loreen, Leila K, Rob’n’Raz D-Flex, Mendez, Lutricia Mcneal, Jessica Andersson, E-type a.o. He has also made remixes/reproductions for Timo Diablo, The Lab Wizard, Magnus Uggla, Christer Sandelin, Mauro Scocco, DJ Bobo, ABBA, Titiyo a.o, selling millions of records and streams.
